TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tickets are sold online through NZFMR website (www.nzfmr.co.nz), the promoter of the event (the "Seller").   The presentation of the ticket to get entry to the event constitute acceptance by you of the terms and conditions upon which the Seller is prepared to grant you entry. In allowing you entry to the venue, the Seller has relied on your agreement to these terms and conditions.

1. No refunds or exchanges on any ticket price or service fee shall be made except as required by law.

2. The ticket is non-transferable and is strictly not for resale. In particular the ticket shall be invalidated and shall carry no right of entry for the holder where the Seller has any reason to believe that it is intended to be or has been (a) sold, bundled, transferred or otherwise disposed of for financial gain or used as a prize in a lottery, competition or for any other promotional, advertising or other commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the Seller, or (b) purchased from an unauthorised agent or other unauthorised source.

3. The Event programme is subject to change.

4. The use of photographic and recording equipment at the Event is allowed for private purposes only. All other recording and any transmission or broadcast of the Event (or part of it) shall be strictly prohibited.

5. You acknowledge that, as a spectator, you may be filmed or sound recorded for broadcast and agree to waive any rights that you may have in relation to any broadcast.

6. The Seller may refuse entry to or remove any person from the venue if it reasonably determines it has good cause to do so or if you are in breach of the ticket terms and conditions. For public safety, the Seller may ask you to leave the venue at any time during the Event. Entry may also be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased from authorised points of sale.

7. Strictly No animals

8. No constructions (e.g. benches, ladders) will be permitted at the venue. You may not bring any of the following items into the venue: alcoholic beverages, glass bottles or other glass objects (other than spectacles or sunglasses), any beverage or food (unless required for health reasons), whistles, loud hailers, klaxons, flares or fireworks, promotional or commercial items of any nature (including, e.g. banners, signs, leaflets, headgear) or any other dangerous or unsuitable item.

9. You may be searched for safety reasons.

10. The track, pit lane and other restricted areas shall be out of bounds at all times during the Event without prior written consent from the Seller and any persons encroaching on the same may be subject to arrest and prosecution.

11. YOU AGREE AND ACCEPT THAT MOTOR RACING IS A DANGEROUS ACTIVITY AND THAT ACCIDENTS CAN HAPPEN. YOU VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ATTENDING A MOTOR RACING EVENT AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE OCCURRING TO YOU OR YOUR PROPERTY.
