Hampton Downs Motorsport Park
Both events for the 'New Zealand Festival of Motor Racing (NZFMR) celebrating BMW Motorsport' will be held at Hampton Downs Motorsport Park. See website www.hamptondowns.com for further information about Hampton Downs.

Hampton Downs Motorsport Park is located on State Highway One, 65 km south of central Auckland - just 10 minutes south of the Bombay Hills - and 60km north of Hamilton.

Hampton Downs is a 2.8km race circuit. There is also a purpose built skid pan, 80 luxury trackside apartments (available for rent), pit buildings (32 Pit Garages now completed with upper level Hospitality facilities to be constructed), 'Hamptons' fine dining,conference and events centre located in the Pit Paddock and a number cafe outlets.

For spectator viewing an ideal spot is the spectator Grandstand located between two Apartment buildings above the level of the Main Straight.  A second Grandstand is located infield just beyond the spectator infield entry tunnel.  There is also a large grass ampitheatre spectator banking between the Infield hairpin - Corner 9 - and the big 'sweeper' turn that leads back into the Main Straight. 

Don't forget to check out all the cars and displays in the infield Pit Paddock area as well.
