The Corporate Hospitality suites are located in the Hampton Downs apartment complex. You will get exclusive use of a modern apartment overlooking Hampton Downs Motorsport Park with fantastic panoramic views of the entire circuit, pit area and the surrounding landscape. The suites are located only 25 metres from the front straight with a large private balcony and indoor seating, private amenities, full kitchen facilities and 'drive-to-door' access.

All Hospitality Packages include:

• One apartment for a maximum of 20 guests from 9am to 5pm
• Choice of premium lunch menu served in the apartment as well as morning tea, afternoon tea and all day coffee.
• A hostess will look after you throughout the day and operate the beverage service (including beer, wine, warm and cold drinks - cash bar)
• 20x Full Access Day Passes to the NZ Festival of Motor Racing
• 10x VIP Car Parks for each apartment - located within metres of apartments, 'drive-to-door' access available.
• 20x Complimentary copies of the Official Event Programme
• Complimentary morning newspapers

Dinner

HAMPTONS CAFE AND BAR

Hampton's Cafe and Bar will be open for served meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner and refreshments throughout the Festival. The catering is exclusively provided by Austin's Food Design Events (www.austins.co.nz)

There are also 5 more cafe outlets located around the Motorsport Park serving a selection of panini's, sandwiches, cakes, slices, ice creams, hot dogs, chips and cool drinks!

There will be a full breakfast served from 7am-9am in Hampton's with Lunch and Dinner following. (Dinner is available on the Fridays and first Saturday of the festival only). Don't forget the Beerfest as well on Saturday 28th January.

-Beer battered market fish and chips with tartare sauce, lemon and salad - $17.50

-180gms Angus pure sirloin steak, eggs and chips with salad - $18.50

-Grilled Angus pure beef burger and chips with Austin's tomato relish, lettuce, cucumber, tomato and mayonnaise - $14.50

THE FESTIVAL LOUNGE

Located in the modern “Hamptons Café & Bar” facility at the Hampton Downs Motorsport Park, the Festival Lounge offers you comfort, convenience and cost effectiveness to ensure you and your guests have a truly memorable experience.
A reserved table for 10 in a designated area inside the modern “Hamptons Café & Bar” facility. You will enjoy handy parking, a central location, table service, private balcony access and corporate restrooms.

Each reserved table caters for a 10 guests per day from 9.30am –5.00pm

Beverage waitress service throughout the day (including beer, wine, warm and cold refreshments –cash bar)
