- How do I download my Ticket if I did not receive it by email?
Log into your account with your email and password.
On the My Account page - see My Orders, click VIEW
or
View the Orders I have made, then click VIEW
The next screen will show the ticket details, click "Tickets" button at the bottom to open PDF e-tickets and print.
These are your e-ticket passes that will be scanned at the gates.
- When I buy a ticket it won't put it in the cart and keeps going back to the ticket page?
Make sure you've selected all the Ticket Options first before selecting Add to Cart
1. Select the Days (The Ticket) first, then
2. Type (e.g. Full Acces or Full Access with Grandstand)
3. Quantity (if only 1 then just leave as is), and then
4. Add to Cart
